Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites applications for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC from our on-site team in Taguig, Philippines. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to craft effective sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions within APAC, preferably in a shared services, BPO, RPO, or multinational corporate environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development using various recruitment channels and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on quality hiring outcomes and continuous improvement.
