Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines seeks a Finance Associate Director to lead full-spectrum finance operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will manage a team and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive financial insights and policy alignment.

This role emphasizes statutory compliance, audits, digital transformation using Power BI, and strategic planning to optimize margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification recognized in the Philippines.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
Experience in finance operations in a shared services or multinational environment.
Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting and compliance (IFRS/local GAAP; SOX and US GAAP familiarity).
Lead statutory tax compliance, treasury management, and audits.
Provide controllership oversight across Philippines service lines and cost allocations.
Drive digital finance transformation using Power BI and automation.
Lead AOP, monthly/quarterly reviews, and strategic recommendations to improve margins.
