Job summary

Korn Ferry’s RPO team is looking for an Associate Recruiter based at Laguna Technopark, Philippines. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, talent pipeline development, and engaging passive candidates to support hiring across the APAC region.

You will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies, build talent communities, and leverage AI-enabled tools and recruitment technology in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent research or executive search, ideally within an RPO, in-house or multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, technology or other technical hiring would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean searching, market mapping, talent research and direct sourcing.
• Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage candidates across different markets and cultures.
• An analytical and curious mindset, with an interest in using market insights and recruitment data to improve sourcing outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple sourcing priorities.
• Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing tools and recruitment technologies would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for critical, niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, Boolean searches, market mapping, talent research, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Build talent communities and networks through professional associations, industry groups and relevant online platforms.
• Provide talent market insights on candidate availability, competitor hiring activity, talent movement and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and segmented candidate pipelines within the ATS/CRM, ensuring strong data quality and visibility.
• Track sourcing activity and effectiveness, including pipeline health, candidate engagement, interview conversion and source effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, recruitment technologies and data insights to enhance talent identification and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to sourcing best practices across the wider recruitment team.
