Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist, Source-to-Contract for APAC to join the Global Services procurement team in the Philippines. You will help deliver category strategies, support negotiation, drafting and contract management, and drive operational execution.

You will collaborate with business partners and category teams, ensuring compliance and delivering cost reductions while advancing automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Procurement, sourcing contracting or other relevant business experience.
• Fluency in Japanese & English is required and is capable to support communicating with stakeholders and suppliers and contracting reviewing.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside.

Responsibilities

• Conducts day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that improve profitability and competitive position.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Supports development and implementation of automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools.
