Job summary

Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) required.
Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
Conduct day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing events and contract management.
Negotiate terms and draft contracts to ensure SLAs and compliance.
Drive improvements in user experience, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT and Security to align sourcing with regulatory needs.
Lead automation and AI initiatives for S2C tools and act as product owner.
