Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is seeking a Specialist, Source-to-Contract, to ensure delivery of procurement strategies and execution of sourcing and contracting activities. You will work with business stakeholders, category leaders, and the broader function to implement prioritized strategies and drive cost improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years of procurement/finance experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of Procurement, Finance, or related business experience.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing event management, price/contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that improve profitability and competitive position.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in the assigned area and support automation/AI initiatives.
