Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig/Philippines seeks an Associate, Source-to-Contract, APAC to support regional sourcing and contracting aligned with the Global Services strategy. You will collaborate with business users, category teams and related functions to ensure compliant, efficient spend management.

The role drives automation, gathers requirements, prioritizes enhancements, and acts as product owner for S2C tools and AI features, while maintaining SLAs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Strong communication & influencing skills, and adaptability.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing, contract terms validation, drafting and execution.
• Ensure regulatory, legal and company policy compliance; deliver against SLAs.
• Drive process improvements and support automation/AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools.
