Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years of procurement, finance, or related experience.
• Fluency in Japanese (written and oral) required.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract processes and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Create value by establishing and nurturing relationships with key business partners and peers; understand and influence their needs.
