Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Philippines in Taguig is seeking an Associate, Source-to-Contract (APAC) to support the regional S2C function. The role collaborates with business users, category procurement teams, and related functions to drive sourcing and contracting actions aligned with global business strategies.

The position requires 2-4 years of procurement-related experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and fluency in English and Japanese. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of procurement, finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing event management, price/terms validation, contract drafting and execution, and user communication.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency in S2C.
• Supports automation and AI initiatives; acts as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gathers requirements and tests enhancements.
