Job summary

IDC is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist – APAC to strengthen regional sales performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven insights. You will produce and validate recurring reports, ensure Salesforce integrity, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytics role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reporting, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring sales reporting processes (forecast, pipeline, bookings, attainment).
• Extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile Salesforce data for accuracy.
• Build Excel-based reporting models with Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Monitor pipeline health and forecast movements; identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain report documentation and governance for repeatable processes.
• Prepare leadership-ready analyses for monthly/quarterly/annual reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Leaders to drive process improvements.
