Job summary

Acteus Group in Parañaque, Philippines seeks a motivated sales/technical support professional with aviation fueling experience to manage pre-sales and post-sales activities across APAC. You will identify prospects, deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree, 2+ years in a similar role, strong communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or industrial solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to promote the company’s technical products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients in APAC.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback to support product development and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the delivery of pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Ensuring commitments made during the sales process are fully met by the relevant engineering and product teams.
• Act as the client's single point of contact for all technical matters, following up proactively with internal teams to ensure issues are being addressed in a timely manner and to the client's satisfaction.
• Liaise between the client and internal engineering or product teams to ensure complex technical problems and custom requirements are properly understood, prioritised, and resolved.
• Ensure end-user satisfaction at every stage of the engagement by conducting follow-up checkins, gathering feedback, and escalating where service levels fall short.
• Maintain clear records of open technical issues, escalation status, and resolution outcomes
