Job summary

Indie Campers in Manila seeks a Regional Operations Analyst to support APAC regional processes, drive fleet availability, and improve customer satisfaction across the region.

You will coordinate with local depots, manage relationships with partners and suppliers, and oversee stock replenishment while ensuring health and safety standards are met. Reporting to the APAC Regional Operations Director, you will collaborate with local teams to achieve efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Regional point of contact with all local partners and suppliers to guarantee daily execution of local operations, ensuring quality and throughput.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operation.
• Contribute to evolution of real-estate standards and health & safety compliance.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers as required.
• Lead expansion of the network through real estate procurement and supplier growth.
• Contribute to achieving regional efficiency targets.
