Job summary

Clarivate Plc in the Asia-Pacific region seeks a Regional Key Account Director to secure, build and develop partnerships with our key strategic accounts across Pharma and MedTech. You will leverage an active network with Marketing, Strategy and Commercial teams and apply consultative sales skills to identify and qualify innovative solutions for customer problems.

Expect to lead regional, multi-country opportunities, expand product uptake, and upsell services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in sales and account management.
• Active regional network within Pharma MNCs.
• Experience selling complex market research or BI solutions.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Asia.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages beneficial.

• Develop strategic regional account plans with regional teams.
• Build long-term C-Suite relationships to advance alliances.
• Upsell and cross-sell new services and solutions.
• Lead regional multi-country strategic opportunities.
• Conduct whitespace analysis and implement regional strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Marketing to optimize journey.
• Engage with senior management and platform users.
• Expand product uptake into new departments.
• Prepare proposals and plan customer meetings.
• Maintain deep product and industry knowledge.
