APAC Payroll Analyst - End-to-End & Compliance

Job summary

Visa is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support day-to-day APAC payroll activities for multiple countries. You will execute end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin skills are a plus; Visa expects at least three in-office days per week in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or related field.
• 5+ years in APAC payroll for a large multi-country employer.
• Deep knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations.
• Experience with various payroll systems.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post payroll audits and reporting; track errors.
• Review processes for improvements, standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps and manuals.
• Participate in payroll projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
