Job summary

Visa is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end APAC payroll processing across multiple countries. You will validate reports, conduct post-payroll audits, and drive process improvements while interacting with cross-functional teams and senior management.

We require deep knowledge of APAC payroll regulations, experience with audits, and proficiency with payroll systems. The role includes 3 days in office, with collaboration across departments to ensure accurate and compliant payroll

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or related field.
• 5+ years in APAC payroll for a large multi-country employer.
• Deep knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations.
• Experience with multiple payroll systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports for APAC countries.
• Complete post-payroll audits and prepare metrics; track errors.
• Review processes to identify improvements, standardization, and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes; create process maps and training manuals.
• Participate in payroll projects and system testing for updates.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements and policies.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR or relevant field

5+ years APAC payroll experience

English communication skills (verbal and written)
