Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB seeks an accomplished senior executive to oversee the COO Office teams within ISAP across Asia Pacific. You will supervise operational controls, technology risk, and budget governance while driving procurement and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities include steering transformation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaboration with head office and regional teams in a dynamic financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Second Line of Defense activities and COO Office First Line of Defense functions.
• Oversee Budget & Financial Management to meet MTP objectives.
• Ensure Technology Risk Management compliance per MAS guidelines.
• Oversee Security & Business Continuity Planning initiatives.
• Monitor & govern IT service delivery for the ISAP platform including SLA oversight.
• Lead procurement processes and manage external contractors.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and cross-functional projects.
• Support ISAP transformation roadmap including geo-sourcing and AI initiatives.
