Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an APAC Operations Risk & Controls Manager to strengthen the risk and control environment across the APAC region. Reporting to APAC Operations Management in Singapore, this role collaborates with global teams to promote consistent standards and effective governance.

The position oversees risk and control activities, incidents, remediation, and management information, operating in a hybrid regional-global model to support operational resilience and risk mitigation across APAC

Qualifications

At least 7-10 years of experience in financial-markets Operations, Operations risk and controls, operational risk, internal controls, audit or related discipline.
Managerial level experience; potential for team growth in future.

Responsibilities

Own and coordinate the first-line Operations risk and control framework across APAC, aligned with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a consolidated view of key operational risks, controls, issues, incidents and remediation across the region.
Coordinate risk assessments, control attestations and other recurring risk activities, providing constructive challenge on control effectiveness.
Lead or coordinate the investigation of material operational incidents, errors, losses, near misses and policy breaches.
Track risk issues, audit findings and remediation actions through to timely closure.
Develop and maintain Operations risk management information and Key Risk Indicators.
