Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking an experienced APAC Operations Risk & Controls Manager to strengthen and maintain the risk and control environment across the region. Reporting to APAC Operations Management, this role partners with global teams to promote consistent standards and ensure timely escalation of material issues.

The position sits within a hybrid regional/global model, focusing on risk events, MI, and governance across APAC Operations, with stakeholder collaboration and ongoing resilience

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in financial-markets operations, risk and controls, or related fields.
• Experience as a manager or leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back lifecycles and operational processes in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the first-line Operations risk and control framework across APAC as aligned with Group policies.
• Lead investigations of material operational incidents, errors, and remediation actions.
• Develop risk management information and KRIs for governance forums and regional reporting.
• Provide risk oversight for system implementations, migrations, and process changes.
• Partner with global teams to promote consistent standards and drive accountability for control ownership.
