Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in accounts payable or invoice processing, with 5+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice matching (2-way/3-way), and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the invoice processing team to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations: matching, coding, approvals, and payments, ensuring compliance.
• Develop KPIs and report processing metrics to senior management; resolve escalated issues.
