Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an experienced HR Director for Asia Pacific to enhance organizational effectiveness by partnering with regional and global leaders. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with IJM's mission, driving talent acquisition, development, and policy implementation within a complex, matrixed environment.

The position collaborates with regional leadership and Global People Support to ensure adherence to global standards while adapting to local labor laws

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or higher, with professional HR credentials.
• SHRM-SCP, GPHR or equivalent HR certification is required/preferred.
• Extensive HR leadership experience in global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with regional employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR strategy and policies aligned with IJM global standards.
• Oversee regional HR systems implementation and annual reviews.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive talent acquisition, engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and risk management practices.
• Coach and mentor HR leaders across APAC countries.
