Job summary

Kumar Organic Products is seeking a General Manager – Asia Pacific to lead the Singapore entity’s end-to-end operations and drive growth across APAC. The role covers sales, logistics, formulation, R&D, and overall operational excellence, reporting to the Director.

You will manage a cross-functional team, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving the annual operating plan and growth targets in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

Qualifications

• Requires 15–20 years of relevant experience in chemicals, ingredients or related industries.
• Experience in sales/business development, technical services, formulation/R&D, supply chain and operations is highly valued.
• Prior experience managing a business unit, subsidiary, laboratory, or regional operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategies and drive AOP achievement for Singapore and APAC.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities for the Singapore business.
• Coordinate formulation development, samples, trials, and technical support for customers.
• Manage R&D activities and coordinate projects with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure regulatory, quality, health & safety compliance.
