Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an APAC Regional Manager of Facilities to oversee day-to-day operations, governance of outsourced partners, and alignment with global FM strategies. The role ensures safe, clean, and efficient workplaces across multiple sites in the APAC region.

You will lead regional facilities governance, manage external vendors, liaise with global teams, and drive asset management and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–10 years of facilities management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Governance of 3rd party outsource providers and internal facility teams delivering daily operations and maintenance across APAC.
• Regional SCJ point of contact on facility and real estate matters, including escalation for employees.
• Drive continuous process improvement, problem solving, and team development.
• Collaborate with global facilities leadership to execute regional objectives and regional operating strategies.
• Communicate with global stakeholders and prepare presentations; conduct regular site inspections for QA.
• Lead the implementation of global programs in the region (e.g., sustainability goals, SHE playbook).
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans based on performance and asset criticality.
• Maintain and update regional Facility Management SOPs; manage asset history and program documentation.
