Dow APAC Polyurethanes Marketing is seeking an APAC Marketing Manager to lead regional growth strategy and cross-functional execution across Sales, TS&D and Product Management. This role will drive innovative commercialization and deepen market reach in APAC with a strong emphasis on strategic applications and customer partnerships.

The candidate will report to APAC Marketing and Product Director and should bring 8+ years in chemical marketing, strong market analysis, and excellent English

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of commercial, marketing, business development, or technical experience.
• Experience within the Polyurethanes industry or related specialty chemicals markets.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives.
• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Engineering or Marketing related majors, MBA a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional Market Management Team to develop and execute marketing strategy.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and value chain analyses to identify strategic applications, growth opportunities, and lead portfolio decisions.
• Accountable for innovation pipeline management with TS&D.
• Implement effective marketing communication including sales tool kit, digital marketing, customer seminar, training for sales and distributor.
• Work with Sales and TS&D to deliver both short term and mid-long term financial target.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and customer intimacy.
