Job summary

Corpay is seeking an organized Operations Associate for the APAC Operations Team in Singapore. You will focus on reviewing and processing FX transactions, beneficiary templates, and outbound payments, while monitoring team inboxes and coordinating with front and back-office departments.

The role requires strong data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Prior payments or banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work autonomously.
• High level of attention to detail with accurate data handling.
• Proficient computer skills and touch-typing capability.
• Experience with reconciliations, data integrity and customer inquiries.
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Payments or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process FX deals (Spot/Forward/Options) and related payments.
• Format beneficiary information and set up international transfers.
• Monitor team inboxes and liaise with front/back-office teams.
• Maintain client ledgers and currency accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to finance and accounting colleagues as needed.
