Smadex, a Barcelona-born Demand Side Platform, is seeking a FinOps & Admin Specialist for APAC to connect finance operations with regional commercial activity. You will manage day-to-day financial administration and provide strategic input across APAC client relationships and deals.

Based in Singapore, the Philippines, or South Korea, you will collaborate with sales, AdOps, and regional offices, support month-end close, billing, collections, and vendor setup, and help ensure compliance and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in finance operations, AR/AP, or financial administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with APAC markets is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR/AP for APAC, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate billing and collections for APAC clients via Singapore entity.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reporting.
• Liaise with FinOps team to ensure controls and reporting standards.
• Assist with audits providing documentation and reconciliations.
• Monitor payments and flag overdue balances, coordinate with sales.
