Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in Recruitment Process Outsourcing or Recruitment Operations.
• Experience with graduate/campus recruitment highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Early Career Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on ongoing projects related to data and process.
• Manage data reporting and analysis for the APAC Early Career team.
• Support Regional Early Career Recruitment Leads and Recruiters in transactional activities and provide advisory support during campus recruitment.
• Assist with campus events and marketing activities.
