Job summary

AMS is seeking a Coordinator - Early Careers and Campus to support end-to-end recruitment operations across APAC, EMEA, and US. You will handle screening, scheduling, onboarding, and ATS updates, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment administration, including application screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, candidate queries, dispositioning, offer creation, onboarding, and ATS updates.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and key stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and US.
• Ensure timely completion of recruitment activities within agreed SLAs and maintain 95-100% data accuracy.
• Maintain 98-100% work utilisation and full compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and mandatory training.
• Prepare and maintain required operational reports and trackers.
• Manage day-to-day queries, escalating risks or issues when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate/stakeholder experience.
