Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level is required.
• Preferably 2-3 years Recruitment Operations work experience.
• Knowledge of graduate recruitment and mass volume recruitment is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Workday recruitment is a plus.
• Must have attention to detail and be data savvy.
• Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to change.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with others.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Early Career Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on ongoing data projects.
• Manage data reporting and analysis for the APAC Early Career team.
• Support Regional Early Career Leads and Recruiters in transactional activities and advisory support during campus recruitment.
• Assist with campus events and marketing activities.
