Job summary

Trax in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end delivery of our managed freight bill and pay services for a diverse client base. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, audits, settlements and cost allocations while maintaining proactive client communications.

The role emphasizes weekly health reporting, monthly delivery reviews and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues. Occasional travel and after-hours flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics with billing, cost allocation, data analysis or AP tasks.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, macros).
• Ability to manage multiple client deliverables and work under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client deliverables are provided according to processing calendars (invoices, audit results, cost allocations, settlements).
• Prepare, analyze and present weekly health reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure proactive status updates.
• Prepare and host monthly delivery reviews.
• Respond to client correspondence and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client/system issues and ensure accurate invoice processing and audits.
• Review client data reports and suggest content and cycle-time improvements.
• Provide back-up support as needed and travel to client sites occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
