Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Key Site General Manager (APAC) in Manila to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Experience services across a strategic client account.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee engagement while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in facilities management, workplace experience, or integrated facilities management.
• Hospitality background with premium customer, employee, or guest experience delivery.
• Regional exposure with experience leading across multiple countries and dispersed teams.
• Strong background in facilities management and workplace experience services.
• Proven experience leading large multifunctional teams and developing leaders.
• Financial management experience including budget ownership and forecasting.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of facilities management, workplace experience, and related services across the account.
• Serve as the executive contact for client leadership and stakeholders, building strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives and CBRE priorities.
• Own account financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure contractual and operational standards.
• Lead programs for workplace, hospitality, guest services, and employee experience.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead business continuity, risk management, and governance initiatives.
• Coach and inspire multifunctional teams, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency for client and CBRE.
