Job summary

Aon is seeking an APAC Claims Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and transform claims capabilities across APAC markets. You will partner with country and global leaders to ensure high-quality, timely services and lead the rollout of Aon Claims Copilot.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, data and change management, requiring strong stakeholder engagement across multiple countries and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in claims operations or related roles, with APAC exposure.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and standardization.
• Experience deploying technology platforms or digital tools in operations.
• Understanding of regulatory, risk and audit requirements in insurance/broking.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across APAC Claims Operations.
• Collaborate with Country/Operations Leaders and Global Claims Ops.
• Lead deployment and adoption of Aon Claims Copilot across APAC markets.
• Act as a change agent for claims transformation initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs, controls and workflows for consistent service.
