Qualifications

• 8–12 years in claims operations or related roles.
• Experience with regional APAC operations.
• Experience deploying technology platforms in operations.
• Understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in insurance.
• Ability to translate data insights into actions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Clear business-focused communication.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen APAC Claims teams by driving operational excellence.
• Partner with Country Claims Leaders and Global Claims Operations to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality services.
• Lead deployment of Aon Claims Copilot across APAC, including planning and rollout.
• Act as a change agent for claims transformation initiatives.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, controls and workflows to ensure standard delivery.
• Champion data quality and governance in APAC Claims.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide insights.
• Coordinate with local markets on regulatory and audit requirements.
• Facilitate forums and working groups to share best practices.
• Gather feedback from users to inform enhancements and roadmap.
