Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Accountant III or AP Supervisor in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines. The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred) and at least four years in accounting, with emphasis on accounts payable or procurement.

You will work with ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP), ServiceNow, and a strong Source to Pay framework, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional qualifications – CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance function – preferably in Accounts Payable or Procurement.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP).
• Experience in using Service Now (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of the Source to Pay business process.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and good problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to support a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of direction and operations.
• Strong writing, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
