Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Services in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage transaction classification, vendor orientation, invoice review, and account reconciliation. The role is in a hybrid setup, requiring strong English communication and a Finance/Accounting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree on Finance/Accouting related field.
• Must have good command of the English language (can articulate their thoughts clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms).
• Must have 3 years of experience with Accounts Payable
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid work set-up)

Responsibilities

• Identify transaction category covered by SIAT and coordinate with vendors on SIAT billing process.
• Conduct orientation to new vendors.
• Review, validate and approve pseudo invoices processed by Accountants based on defined parameters, processes, and policies.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries of transactions reviewed and approved.
• In-charge of the account analysis, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Monitor invoices and ensure that there are no long outstanding aging invoices for payment processing of AP.
• Monitor payments of submitted invoices to AP for processing; coordinate with AP, as necessary.
• Coordinate with requestors and vendors on the closure and settlement of transactions.
• Handling of inquiries and concerns from functions and vendors
• Establish good relationship with vendors and requestors.
