Pan Asia Resources PH Inc. is seeking an AP Helpdesk Specialist to act as the first point of contact for vendor and internal stakeholder AP queries, log and resolve tickets, and ensure queries are resolved within defined SLA timelines.

You will support invoice processing, validation, and posting activities, handle invoice status, payment queries, vendor reconciliations, and escalations. You will collaborate with AP teams and internal groups such as Master Data Management, Payments, Invoice

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in P2P
• At least 2+ years of relevant work experience as Subject Matter Expert in similar processes
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good level of knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP or JDE)
• Experience in reporting & compliance
• Capability to handle stringent timelines while interacting with stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for vendor and internal stakeholder AP queries
• Log, track, and resolve queries using a helpdesk/ticketing system
• Ensure queries are resolved within defined SLA timelines
• Support invoice processing, validation, and posting activities
• Handle invoice status, payment queries, vendor reconciliations, and escalations
• Coordinate with AP teams to resolve discrepancies and blocked invoices
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone regarding payment and invoice issues
• Work closely with internal teams such as Master Data Management, Payments, Invoice Processing, Travel & Expense
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and audit requirements
• Support month-end close activities related to AP helpdesk items
