Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking an AP Analyst to handle full cycle accounts payable in line with hospital financial policies. You will review daily AP reports and complete data entry for invoices, vouchers and memos while supporting the Service Center team with clerical tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP, a Bachelor’s degree, and acceptance of mid/night shift work within a hybrid setup at our Taguig location in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skill.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Mid/Night shift experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle accounts payable services in compliance with policies.
• Process invoices, vouchers and credit memos and perform data entry.
• Support AP staff with clerical tasks including scanning, filing and mail distribution.

Summary

The AP Analyst is responsible for providing full cycle accounts payable services and processing all accounts payable and related accounts payable functions in compliance with the hospital financial policies and procedures.

This position reviews and verifies daily and periodic accounts payable reports. The individual within this role receives, sorts, and completes data entry on invoices, vouchers and credit memos as needed. The AP Analyst provides general clerical support to Service Center accounts payable staff, including scanning, indexing, filing, as well as sorting and distributing mail.
