Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an AP Analyst in Pasig to support a high-volume Accounts Payable team with a focus on quality control, data analysis, and process improvements.

The role leverages AI-powered AP technologies to enhance invoice accuracy, automate exceptions, and drive efficiency within the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Responsibilities include coding validation, dispute resolution, audit support, and generating management reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ AP experience.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Workday/Netsuite preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control – ensure proper coding and approvals, research and clear GLs, resolve invoices and discrepancies.
• Review AP accounts for inaccuracies, report errors to management.
• Appraise AP workflows for proper functioning, pace, and accuracy.
• Analyze data and generate reports for team management.
• Assist with internal/external audits and partner accounting tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve end-to-end AP processes.
• Support testing for AP automation tools and ERP enhancements.
