Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to drive accurate AP operations, owner of AP quality, reconciliations, payments, and month-end close. The role collaborates with Finance and Procurement to create scalable AP processes using automation, ERP, and AI-enabled workflows.

The position is hybrid and based out of Bangalore, India, with offers aligned to level and experience. US export compliance may apply to access restricted tech.

Qualifications

• Own day-to-day AP quality control, review invoices and coding, resolve complex exceptions, blocked invoices, PO mismatches and vendor account discrepancies.
• Support payment proposals, AP aging, vendor reconciliations and month-end close while maintaining strong maker-checker and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Hands-on experience with QBO and SAP is preferred, along with exposure to ERP implementation/migration, UAT or process improvement.
• Experience with AI-enabled/Agentic AI workflow tools to improve AP efficiency and exception handling is a strong plus.
