Job summary

Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider expanding rapidly across Australia and New Zealand. This role serves as the ANZ General Manager's right hand, turning priorities into concrete outcomes across product, operations, clinical, legal and revenue.

You will operate the strategy engine to enable the ANZ team to win and retain government and enterprise clients. You will own and drive 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, define scope and success criteria, and manage go-lives, governance,

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Translate GM priorities into structured requests across Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue and track each to completion.
• Run a weekly status cadence and escalate to the GM when a decision is needed.
• Own a live register of ANZ initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
• Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
• Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome.
• Own 3-5 ANZ initiatives at a time with defined scope, timeline and success criteria.
• Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
• Coordinate tender compliance and capacity.
• Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain criteria.
