Brink’s Inc?AMS Operations Director, APAC-IMEA is a senior leadership role focused on delivering operational enablement for all AMS services across the ROW market. The incumbent will promote best practices in onboarding, cash operations, device management and field support.

The candidate must think strategically, demonstrate customer focus, and adapt to a changing environment while driving transformational projects and cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Masters preferred).
• At least 5 years operational ATM or similar industry experience.
• Ability to travel within APAC and IMEA at least 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of customers, processes, and technology across the ATM value chain.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and lean certifications.
• Drive risk management and supplier performance for AMS in the region.
• Develop roadmaps for APAC-IMEA markets and enable scalable operations across countries.
• Provide monthly reporting on department progress and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Global Operations and regional teams to optimize operating models and costs.
