Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider expanding in Australia and New Zealand. The ANZ General Manager’s right hand translates priorities into concrete requests across Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, driving them to finished outcomes.

You will own initiatives from idea to value, manage weekly status rhythms, and coordinate go-lives with cross-functional teams, enabling the ANZ commercial team to focus on client wins.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, or commercial roles at scaling B2B or SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering initiatives from brief to finished outcome with minimal supervision.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and saying no when needed.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act with partial information.
• Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margins, business cases, pipeline analysis.
• Disciplined project management with clear registers and cadences.
• Clear, concise writing for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate the GM's priorities into structured requests across Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track progress.
• Run weekly ANZ-to-HQ status updates and escalate when decisions are needed.
• Maintain a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives with owners and next actions.
• Project-manage HQ-side activities for new client go-lives including product config and resourcing.
