Job summary

Westcon-Comstor is seeking an Annuity Lifecycle Specialist in Manila to manage service maintenance renewals, account and opportunity management, and customer negotiations aimed at sales closure against team targets. The role requires regular forecasting data and collaboration across Westcon systems to meet customer requirements.

Key duties include generating quotes in ERP/CRM, closing opportunities, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with vendors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Service sales experience desirable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP, CRM and MS Office is a plus.
• Knowledge of vendor tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and provide customer quotes in ERP, and record and manage quote information in CRM.
• Follow up and close open customer quotes, including reviewing open order reports and liaising with the order support team to close opportunities.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, working with the Team Lead or Vendor to promote relevant opportunities.
• Support external sales representatives and the broader sales team as required.
• Generate monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reports, including forecasts, service KPI reporting and renewal information for service contracts.
