Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Marketing or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in market research, analytics, or related field (BASES experience preferred).
• Proven experience coaching team members through structured feedback and professional development.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and industry practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new analysts on NIQ & BASES tools and practices.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Provide coaching throughout project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and service expectations.
• Develop team members for higher responsibilities and succession.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and quality-control processes.
• Identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Manage talent through performance management and recognition.
