Qualifications

• About 1 year of experience in market research or related field.
• Understanding of quantitative research methods and surveys.
• Experience in questionnaire design for Brand Health and U&A.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with SPSS, Q, or Decipher is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and quick learning in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of quantitative research projects from setup to final reporting.
• Assist in questionnaire design and survey programming.
• Conduct data checking, cleaning, and basic analysis.
• Develop tables, charts, and presentation materials communicating key findings.
• Translate results into actionable insights with guidance from senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Support report writing and client deliverables.
• Stay informed on market research methodologies and share knowledge.
