NiIQ Analytical Resource Center (ARC) is NIQ's analytics hub based in Mumbai, supporting global client service teams with high-quality research and actionable insights. The Task Specialist will lead analyst development, ensure delivery excellence, and uphold rigorous quality standards across projects.

The role encompasses people leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on analytics expertise to drive operational effectiveness and team growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in market research, analytics or related field.
• Experience coaching and developing team members with structured feedback.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and industry practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new analysts/associates on NIQ & BASES tools and practices.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members throughout projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and adherence to standards.
