Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned teams
• Coach team in researching complex billing, claim processing, and reimbursement issues
• Identify trends through data analysis
• Propose solutions and enhancements to opportunities
• Report findings and escalate issues to leadership
• Present professional communications around results achieved
• Create and utilize control and status reports using Qlik, MIDAS, and other ad hoc reporting
• Perform evaluations and provide regular feedback on individual performance
• Assist the Director in training and mentoring leaders in Accounts Receivable
• Continuously update job knowledge and maintain professional networks
• Ensure confidentiality of patient accounts per HIPAA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
