The Analytics and Outcomes Partner is responsible for generating, maintaining, and translating operational and clinical data into meaningful reports and insights for internal teams and corporate clients. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and clarity—ensuring Corporate Health leaders, Client Engagement Partners, and Operations teams have accurate visibility into utilization, outcomes, and emerging risks. The role works closely with Corporate Health & Business Innovation, Clinical Transformation, Client Engagement, Operations, and Care Navigation teams to ensure data outputs reflect actual service delivery and support real-world decisions. While not setting analytics strategy independently, the role contributes actively to shaping how data is used across the Corporate Health platform.
To support data-driven decision making across Corporate Health by transforming Occupational Health, wellness, and care activity into clear, reliable, and client-ready insights that enable performance tracking, renewals, and continuous improvement.
Track performance of Occupational Health, wellness, lifestyle, and care navigation programs
Identify basic trends, patterns, and early signals that may require attention or intervention
Flag anomalies, gaps, or data quality issues for escalation
