The Corporate Health Commercial Operations Partner role ensures that billing, contract compliance, and revenue integrity are maintained as the business grows. The position requires deep experience in healthcare operations and billing governance, with cross-functional collaboration across finance, client engagement, and delivery teams to scale enterprise services securely

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare finance, billing, managed services, or enterprise service delivery.
• Strong experience with contracts, billing processes, and revenue governance in healthcare settings.
• Understanding of how clinical delivery, documentation, and billing intersect.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, finance, and client-facing teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern billing triggers, documentation standards, and invoicing workflows across Corporate Health services
• Ensure alignment between service delivery, documentation, and billable scope
• Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies that impact invoicing or collections
• Own visibility and coordination of Corporate Health AR in partnership with Finance
• Diagnose root causes of delayed or disputed invoices and resolve blockers related to documentation, scope, or service execution
• Support renewal readiness and contract discipline to prevent revenue leakage and ensure scalable growth
