Job summary

Northern Trust Manila is seeking an Analyst II to join our operations team. The role focuses on timely and accurate processing of transactions, daily deliverables, and incident reporting within established guidelines.

You will work 8 PM to 5 AM, collaborate with colleagues, run and create formal reports, identify issues, and help improve processes while building proficiency across areas of the job.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within set guidelines.
• Prepare daily checklists and submit to supervisor.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate complex cases to supervisors.
• Track SLA/KRA trends and help enhance processes.
• Produce and run formal reports; interpret data for stakeholders.
• Adhere to incident/regulatory reporting procedures with rigor.
