Responsibilities

  • Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spot inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports.
  • Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
  • Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
  • Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
  • Recognize good vs. weak practices, elevate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
  • Operate with the support of experienced staff and senior management.
  • Develop into serving as a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spot inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports.
  • Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
  • Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
  • Assists senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
  • Ability to recognize what “good” vs. “weak” practices look like, elevate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
  • Operates with the support of experienced staff and senior management.
  • Candidate will develop into serving as a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.
Skills/Experience Required
  • At least 1-3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk related matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as Service Now.
  • History of producing accurate, timely reporting with minimal rework.
